According to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 29.08.2013 No. 614 in the republic started competition on granting grants to rural settlements. Competition is held for stimulation of activities of local governments of the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan for improvement of quality of life of country people of the republic and the solution of socially significant problems of rural territories.

The federal law No. 499-FZ  of 31.12.2014 made the changes in "The land code of the Russian Federation" of 25.10.2001 No. 136-FZ coming into force since March 1 of the current year. In this regard the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with State Budgetary Institution The Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan made changes to standard administrative regulations of providing municipal services in the sphere of the land and property relations. We ask to make corresponding changes to the administrative regulations of providing municipal services which are earlier approved in areas.

On February 27, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev took part in enlarged meeting of the Regional staff of regional office of the All-Russian social movement "Popular front "For Russia" in the Republic of Tatarstan. During a meeting of the working group the subject was discussed with participation of representatives of the ministries and departments, educational institutions, enterprises, public organizations and communities of experts: "Market of educational services and labor market: contours of interaction".

The State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia in the first reading adopted the bill "About modification of the Federal law "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control", developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The law provides fixing in article 15 of a ban on repeated reclamation from the under control person of information which is in the state (municipal) information systems, registers and registers that will allow to increase significantly efficiency of carrying out checks, and also will reduce excess regulation by reduction of quantity obligatory to granting by economic entities of documents.

Within Public council at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the presentation of Strategy of development of National guarantee system of the support of small and average business for the period till 2020 developed by Agency of credit guarantees took place. Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, business and bank communities participated in a meeting of Public council. The project of strategy of National guarantee system is developed by Agency of credit guarantees according to an order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and passed a preliminary stage of discussions with representatives of bank community, public organizations, regional and federal executive authorities, and also with representatives of the regional guarantee organizations.

On February 25, 2015 representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting on a question of development of the Program of placement of the logistic centers in the territory of the republic which took place in the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Leontyevsky Center also took part in meeting.

On February 27, 2015 meetings of Councils of the Yelabuga, Mendeleevsky, Nurlatsky, Cheremshansky areas and municipality Naberezhnye Chelny took place. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Nurlatsky and Cheremshansky areas – the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Yelabuga and Mendeleevsky – the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov participated in a meeting of municipality Naberezhnye Chelny.

Within the concluded cooperation agreement according to the program of providing guarantees to subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of representatives of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC MDM Bank took place on February 26, 2015. During a meeting prospects of further interaction were discussed. The decision on activization of work on crediting of subjects of small and average business by bank with participation of the guarantee of Guarantee fund became result of action.

On February 27, 2015 the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was with a working trip in Naberezhnye Chelny. JSC Kamsky Industrial Park Master (KIP "Master") became the first object of visit. Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the head of executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, the CEO of JSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin and other officials visited production business firm "Maksat", JSC Tatprom-holding, JSC Hiton-Plast and JSC Lider KAMA. All these enterprises are based on the fifth platform of KIP "Master" witch was reconstructed on means of the grant of 200 million rubles from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The instruction for heads and the staff of the industrial enterprises "State Support of the Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan" is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The edition contains information on forms and instruments of the state support of the industrial enterprises, statistical information, the list of priority types of production and services from the point of view of import substitution and national security, sequence of actions for identification of reserves of increase of labor productivity.
