The fund of the regional social programs "Our Future" together with JSC Lukoil holds competition "More, than purchase!", which assumes selection of the goods made by the Russian social businessmen and the subsequent their realization in 40 outlets of Lukoil gas stations in 4 regions of Russia. This Competition is an additional opportunity for expansion of sales channels of production of social businessmen.

On February 27, 2015 in Moscow the interregional seminar "Training within the Presidential program took place: prospects and opportunities in 2015", organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal resource center for the organization of preparation of administrative shots. At a seminar conditions and specifics of participation of graduates of the Presidential program in foreign training in 2015 were discussed. This year are planned a set in groups for training to Germany, Norway, France, Japan and Finland.

On March 3, 2015 the meeting of Councils of Aznakayevsky and Bavly areas took place. The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev participated in a meeting. Now discussion and completion of the project of Strategy is conducted. Each inhabitant of the republic can make the contribution to formation of the future of Tatarstan.

From March 3 to March 4, 2015 in Kazan on a platform of science and technology park in the sphere of high technologies - IT park passes a regional stage All-Russian the Startup round 2015 – the action, largest in Russia, for search of perspective innovative projects and development of competences of the beginners a startup teams realizing projects in the sphere of high technologies. Action is directed on formation in regions a startup communities from young talented businessmen, investors, representatives of science and technology parks, the leading regional higher education institutions and scientific institutes. As organizers the Startup round the Skolkovo Foundation, Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), etc. act.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January, 2015. In the general rating for January, 2015 the leading positions were taken Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) by municipal areas. For January, 2015 the greatest change of a place in a rating reached Sabinsky, Cheremshansky and Zelenodolsky (on +4 positions) municipal areas. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: increase of purchasing power of a salary, decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of total area of the houses put in operation and shipments of goods of own production.

On March 2, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the training seminar for the businessmen wishing to take part in the purchases which are carried out by Executive committee of Kazan took place. Within a seminar experts SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan considered questions of work on electronic trading platform 223.zakazrf.ru. Besides, managers of the TAXNET companies and special design bureau "Contour" told how to receive a digital signature, to undergo procedure of accreditation on electronic trading platform and to prepare documents and the application for participation in the auction.

On March 2, 2015 the meeting of Council of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, and also deputies of Council of the municipal area, representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the republic, heads of the enterprises of the area participated in a meeting. Within a meeting the deputy minister – the head of the department of support of business of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin told about the key directions of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic for the period till 2030.

On March 2, at his meeting with the delegation of UAE led by Deputy Minister of economy Abdullah al Saleh in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that United Arab Emirates is an important economic partner of the republic.

The UAE delegation arrived in Tatarstan with the familiarization visit (February 28 – March 5). Members of the delegation will visit a number of industrial enterprises, get familiar with economy of the republic and most interesting investment projects. 

Ildar Khalikov welcomed the guests and on behalf of Tatarstan President thanked them for a high interest of UAE businessmen in the region. 

Khalikov told about industrial potential of the republic and most important areas of economic growth such as oil production and processing, petrochemistry, machine building and agriculture. A solid infrastructure for attracting Russian and foreign investors was created in the region, he added. 

On May 22, 2015 to Gomel (Belarus) the XII Gomel economic forum which main objective is exchange of experience and discussion of topical issues of the international trade and economic, investment partnership, establishment of strong long-term partner links will take place. In the center of attention of discussions of a forum – creation of conditions for investment cooperation in production, processing industry, a construction complex, logistics, development of social objects on the principles of public-private partnership.

Action will take place with participation of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov and representatives of federal institutes of development: Skolkovo Foundation, JSC Russian Venture Company, Fund of infrastructure and educational projects of JSC RUSNANO, Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere, Association of innovative regions of Russia, Agency of strategic initiatives.
