Remote school of the licensee: filing of application on obtaining the license on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals

Having finished in general a subject of the description of license requirements with all details and features of practical application, we will start consideration directly of procedure of granting or renewal of the license. Procedure of obtaining the license in its main lines is described in the Federal law of May 4, 2011 No. 99-FZ "About licensing of separate kinds of activity", and also in the Provision on the licensing of activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals approved by the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2012 No. 1287.
