The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with authorized banks conducts selection of investment projects for participation in the Program of a project financing approved by the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2014 No. 1044 "About the approval of the Program of support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a project financing". Now for participation in the program 10 authorized banks are selected: JSC Sberbank of Russia, JSC ROSSELKHOZBANK, JSC ALFA-BANK, JSC Bank VTB, PAO "Promsvyazbank", JSC Gazprombank, JSC Bank of Moscow, PAO FC Opening Bank, International investment bank, Eurasian Development Bank.

The Russia's first Kazan laser school for children will be created on the basis of the Center of youth innovative creativity "Idea" (CYIA "Idea"). The project purpose – development of knowledge of the child of light, preparation for a school course of physics, carrying out practical experiences (on distribution, reflection, refraction, diffraction and an interference of light, to Tyndall's effect, etc.) and practical studying of applications of these phenomena in modern laser machines. A task of school for 2015 is acquaintance of each school student of Kazan with work of one of systems laser also engravings are sharp. CYIA "Idea" – the only center in the Russian Federation in which children have access to the most modern laser equipment. The children who were successfully trained will receive certificates which can become further competitive advantage at employment on the industrial enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan equipped with similar systems.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation developed the "About the Statement of an Order of Change by Agreement of the Parties a Contract Date, and (or) the Contract Price, and (or) the Price of a Commodity Unit, Work, Service, and (or) Quantity of Goods, Amount of Works, Services Provided by Contracts (including the State Contracts, Municipal Contracts, Civil Contracts of the Budgetary Establishments for the Deliveries of Goods, Performance of Work, Rendering Services for Needs of Customers Concluded about Day of Coming Into Effect of the Federal Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs ")  which Date of Performance Comes to the End in 2015" .

Representatives of small and medium business are invited to take part in the IX Petersburg Partneriat of small and medium business "St. Petersburg – regions of Russia and the abroad" which will take place from March 25 to March 27, 2015. The Petersburg Partneriat is an annual business event, a communication platform which gives to participants opportunity to discuss priority problems of economic policy for the next period, questions of development of small and average business, interregional cooperation, to show achievements of the advanced enterprises of partners of St. Petersburg.

In Almetyevsk the training seminar concerning appropriate performance of provisions of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" is held. Within a seminar the most widespread mistakes and types of responsibility at implementation of purchases were considered, innovations in the legislation on purchases since 2015, and also ways of optimization of purchasing activity of customers. The following seminar will take place in Kazan in April, 2015 and will be announced on the site of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Till March 10, 2015 reception of projects on youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan – my Strategy!" proceeds. As participants of Competition young faces aged from 16 till 35 years can act. Perhaps collective participation. Competition is held in the directions: – "The human capital"; – "Economy"; – "Spatial and territorial development". Also on offers, stated by participants of the search conference which took place on February 14, 2015 four additional nominations are entered: – "Enter the line in Strategy" – offers on addition, change, specification of the text of Strategy (from 1 to 2000 words); – "Name Strategy" – the phrase, a slogan, the phrase capturing the Strategy-2030 essence; – "Offer an image" – an emblem, a symbol, the Strategy-2030 logo – visual display of an essence of Strategy-2030; – "Tell about Strategy" – the illustrated story about Strategy-2030.

On February 25, 2015 at the Kazan state architectural and construction university the round table on discussion of the first edition of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place. Representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, administration, teachers, graduate students and students of KGASU, and also developers and representatives of local office of the Tatarstan-2030 project took part in a round table.

On February 26, 2015 meetings of Councils of the Alkeevsky, Arsky, Bugulma, Sabinsky, Spassky municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The vice-chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Kamaltynov participated in a meeting of Arsky and Sabinsky areas,  the chief of staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov participated in a meeting of Bugulma, the first deputy the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin participated in a meeting of Spassky and Alkeevsky areas.

On March 26-27, 2015 the Russian Fund of educational programs "Economy and management" holds a seminar "Export, industrial outsourcing and a subkontrakting in the conditions of sanctions: practical recommendations" for heads and specialists of the industrial enterprises. A main objective of a seminar is the explanation of a state policy in the sphere of support of export taking into account the changed internal and external factors, and also the help to the Russian enterprises to realize the strategy of a conclusion of production to the foreign markets.

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations for an assessment of the regulating influence of the draft of amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the bill No. 472515-6 "About state regulation of activities for transportation of passengers and baggage by an automobile taxi in the Russian Federation and modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
