In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan till March 18, 2015 public consultations concerning extension of action of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of June 17, 2009 No. 19-ZRT "About establishment of the differentiated tax rates for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation" the next three years, and also expansions of types of economic activity to which subjects application of preferential rates of a tax is allowed are held. It is known that for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation in case object of the taxation is the income reduced by the size of expenses the lowered tax rates depending on kinds of activity are established (from 5 to 15 percent). Besides, the simplified maintaining tax and accounting is authorized to them.

Taking into account practice of functioning of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) for increase of efficiency of their work as the Government of the Russian Federation changes are made to rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services. In particular, the minimum requirements to the schedule (mode) of work of territorially isolated structural divisions (offices) of MPS were established. The exhaustive list of documents which are subject to free copying is defined. It will allow to optimize interaction between workers of MFTs and applicants, and also to cut down operating costs of MPS.

The 5th Sports contest of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan started on March 7, 2015 with cross-country skiing. Competitions took place on the sports Beacon base of of the Zelenodolsk. The team of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Oksana Boldyreva, Ilyas Galimov, Sergey Dolgov and Leyla Karimova took the fourth place, having passed teams of the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan (the 3rd place), the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan (the 2nd place), the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (the 1st place) forward.

During the period order taking, applying for inclusion in the general demand from the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving a federal subsidy on action "Creation of industrial (industrial) parks" appears from March 13 to March 23, 2015. The order of selection of demands is approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.10.2014 No. 728 "About the statement of the Order of selection of the demands applying for inclusion in the general demand from the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving a federal subsidy on action "Creation of industrial parks".

Within Conference the most actual questions of increase of competitiveness of territorial innovative clusters of Russia, studying of modern models of development of innovative clusters of the countries of Europe (Germany, France, Belgium, etc.) and Southeast Asia (China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, India), will be considered by development of mechanisms of further state support of development of territorial innovative clusters of Russia, and also implementation of priority joint international projects of the participating enterprises of the Russian and foreign clusters.

Within development systems of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) rendering to citizens of service in the principle of "one window" since the beginning of March, 2015 in Kazan, Almetyevsk, the Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny started rendering services of Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan branches of State Budgetary Institution MPS. On March 6, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on discussion of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place. During meeting actions for the direction of development of small and average business, creating favorable conditions of conducting investment activity, and also development of the industry and agriculture in the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 were considered. Representatives of the profile ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting.

On March 6, 2015 in the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on discussion of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic till 2030 took place. The meeting was held by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the First Deputy Minister of Economy Sariya Siraziyev, deputy ministers of the industry and trade Diamond Khusainov, Ildar Mingaleev and Rashat Fattakhov, and also employees of data of the ministries took part in meeting. From developers – the president of "AV Group" Alexey Krylovsky and the head of local office Vladimir Gritskikh.

On March 6, 2015 at Institute of economy, management and the right discussion of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place. The rector of institute Asiya Timiryasova, professors and research associates, graduate students and students of Institute of economy, management and the right took part in discussion.

On March 4, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin held a meeting with enterprise community of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives BUT "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan also participated in a meeting.
