The Minister of Economy Artyom Zdunov held a meeting with the permanent representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol Ruslan Shayakhmetov. During a meeting questions of creation of the Regional center of engineering "The center of medical science" in the Republic of Crimea, work of the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan with subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Crimea, the direction of development BUT "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" in Sevastopol were considered.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministars of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 162 approved of 18.03.2015 a state program "Realization of the additional actions in the sphere of employment of the population directed on decrease in intensity in labor market of the Republic of Tatarstan, for 2015". The Program purpose is reorientation of measures in the field of regulation of the sphere of employment on the complex solution of problems of development of economy. Following the results of implementation of the Program by the end of 2015 achievement of the following results is expected: - level of registered unemployment won't exceed 1,1 percent.

On March 23 in Kazan the multimedia exhibition "Ideas 2020. Travel to the world of the future" opened. The organizer of an exhibition is scientific association of Helmholtz (Germany). Acted as partners of an exhibition in the Republic of Tatarstan the Kazan national research technical university of A.N.Tupolev and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. At a ceremonial opening of an exhibition the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Pominov, the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov and the rector of the Kazan national research technical university of A.N.Tupolev Albert Gilmutdinov handled welcome speech to her first guests and visitors.

On March 23, at a session of the working group on modernization of monotowns under Government commission on economic development and integration held by Deputy Chairman of State corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Activities" Irina Makieva, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that modernization of monotowns is a topical problem for the republic.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that decrease in industrial production in monotowns lead to rise in unemployment which means that state measures to support monotowns are required.

Minnikhanov reminded that Tatarstan gained such experience during economic crisis in 2008-2009.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the draft of the Federal law "About development of territories" which is aimed at the development and improvement of the territory chosen by authorized body (under the contract on development of the territory). According to the project, under the signed contract on development of the territory, the main builder undertakes to carry out at own expense development or improvement of a certain territory, thus the main builder acquires the right for acquisition (located in borders of the arranged well territory): – the land plots which are in the state or municipal ownership. – buildings, structures, rooms, and also objects of incomplete construction which are in the state or municipal ownership and not burdened with the rights of the third parties, without the auction, at the price equal to one percent of their cadastral cost.

On May 26-31, 2015 in Sevastopol (Republic of Crimea) the International nonfood and food exhibition forum "Crimea is the South of Russia 2015" will take place. The organizing committee of the Crimea South of Russia 2015 exhibition invites subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in this exhibition to present the goods, to come into direct working contacts with potential partners, to expand sales markets. The forum purpose – to discuss possibilities of the Crimean agricultural producers in ensuring food security of the peninsula and deliveries of their production to the mainland of Russia, to define the list of foodstuff which production is impossible or complicated in the territory of the Crimean federal district, and to provide deliveries of these goods to the Crimean federal district from the mainland of the Russian Federation.

On March 26, 2015 the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Analysis of the Market and Control of Economic Concentration" will take place. The purpose of conference is drawing attention of the government and regional institutions, the Russian economists and experts in the field of law, experts, businessmen, and also the scientific and pedagogical community to social and economic and legal problems of the analysis of the commodity markets and economic concentration, and antimonopoly regulation in this sphere. At conference it is planned to analyse mechanisms of regulation of the commodity markets, legal regulation of research of the market, theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of the market, modern forms of economic concentration, influence of economic concentration of economic entities on change of structure of the market, to estimate real state of the economy of the country and to plan prospects of antimonopoly control over economic concentration.

On March 19, 2015, in the second day of work of the Forum of the centers of the state and municipal services which is taking place in Moscow, the first half of day was devoted to discussion of questions of the organization of interaction of MPS, federal executive authorities and bodies of the state off-budget funds when providing the state services. Reports on the matter were made by representatives of federal structures - Federal Registration Service, Tax administration, Migratory service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Leningrad and Rostov areas shared experience of regions. In the second half of day the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev made a speech at plenary session of a forum. In the report he noted a lot of work on transition to rendering services in the principle of "one window", development of the MPS network, including work of regions (it is possible to examine performance on the link http://government .ru/news/17286/).

According to the resolution of Executive committee of municipality of the city of Kazan of April 18, 2014 No. 2096 "About an order of creation and use, including on a paid basis, parkings (parking spaces) in Kazan" the payment for use of parking spaces isn't raised from special vehicles of disabled people. Now in connection with the beginning of functioning of paid municipal parkings in the city of Kazan the Register of parking permissions of disabled people is formed. It will allow at control of payment of a parking on a municipal paid parking to avoid illegal involvement of disabled car owners to administrative responsibility.

On March 20, at the 6th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan’s GRP decreased by 0.1 per cent in January 2015. In January-February, the industrial production index made 99.3 per cent, the agricultural output increased by 1.4 percent, the turnover of retail sales decreased by 15 per cent.

Ildar Khalikov noted that there are some negative trends in social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was noted that in 2014 the GRP amounted to 1 trillion 631,4 billion roubles, the industrial production index made 100.6 per cent, the amount of shipped products – 1 trillion 641,5 billion roubles.

According to the report of Tatarstan Government, the republic is among leading regions of the Russian Federation by main macroeconomic indicators, takes the 7th place in Russia by GRP volume, the 3d place by agricultural output, the 5th place by industrial output and capital investments, the 6th place by construction volume, and the 8th place by housing construction and retail sales.
