Information on the sizes of the state taxes for the actions connected with licensing

During implementation of licensing since January of the current year by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed numerous cases of mistakes at payment of the state tax concerning its size by the enterprises which are carrying out activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals.

We remind you that changes in part of increase in the sizes of the state tax are made to article 333.33 of the Tax code of the Russian Federation.

Since January 1, 2015 the size of the state tax for the following actions of authorized bodies connected with licensing makes: 

– providing the license - 7 500 rubles; 

– renewal of the document confirming existence of the license, and (or) annex to such document in connection with entering of additions into data on addresses of places of implementation of the licensed kind of activity on the performed works and about the rendered services as a part of the licensed kind of activity, including about the realized educational programs, - 3 500 rubles; 

– renewal of the document confirming existence of the license, and (or) annex to such document in other cases - 750 rubles; 

– providing the temporary license for implementation of educational activity - 750 rubles; 

– providing (delivery) the duplicate of the license - 750 rubles; 

– extension of period of validity of the license - 750 rubles.
