In Kazan the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" has opened

Today within the XV Russian venture fair and the X Kazan venture fair opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" took place.

The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichyov, the executive director of the Russian Association of Venture Investment (RAVI) Albina Nikkonen took part in the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony guests could examine an exposition on which the model of innovative structure of Tatarstan is presented. Visitors also examined an exposition of venture fair where representatives of the innovative companies from all Russia showed own development.

At plenary session which moderator was a Director of Investment and venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Aynur Aydeldinov, experts expressed opinions concerning venture investment, cluster policy, to problems of small and average business, and foreign speakers shared experience in area of cluster management.

In particular, Oleg Fomichyov noted that today it is already possible to speak about a certain efficiency of tools, institutes and objects of infrastructure of support of business within clusters from the state. He reminded that support to 26 clusters is given in Russia at the federal level.

He also emphasized that the territorial cluster should be considered as a key element of strategic development of the region, an integral part of social and economic development of the region.

Oleg Fomichyov noted that soon the register of cluster initiatives will be created.

Rustam Minnikhanov in the concluding remarks thanked attendees for participation in work of plenary session.

In conclusion of plenary session the ceremony of rewarding of innovative clusters of the Ulyanovsk region, the Samara region, the Moscow region, and also the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan with certificates of the European Secretariat of the Cluster Analysis on obtaining the bronze status by results of an expert assessment of a control system of a cluster took place.

The first day of Conference proceeded work of a seminar "Results of a joint assessment of AIRR-ES of quality of management of clusters of Russia", conferences "A multilevel control system of regional innovations: clever specialization".

On April 24 the II International the scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" will continue the work.
