At plenary session of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" cooperation agreements are signed

Today, on April 23 within opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" the ceremony of signing of the following agreements took place:

1. The cooperation agreement between JSC KAMAZ, Federal State Budgetary Institution Fund of Assistance to Development of Small Forms of the Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere and NP "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster".

This agreement is directed on cooperation in development of branch of automotive industry, in the following directions: commercialization of innovative projects; support of access of hi-tech small and medium business to orders of JSC KAMAZ; involvement of residents in the territory of science and technology parks; development of the competitive circle of suppliers; carrying out early career guidance of children and youth; involvement in a profession of students of higher educational institutions; development of perspective young specialists.

2. The cooperation agreement between JSC KAMAZ and JSC AK BARS BANK.

The agreement is directed on implementation of the special credit program developed together with KAMAZ, the AK BARS BANK and MSP Bank with assistance of the RT Guarantee fund and Agency of credit guarantees. The program consists in rendering of services of preferential crediting to subjects of small and average business on the purpose of acquisition of KAMAZ cars. Favorable conditions will be reached for the account:

funding of MSP of Bank at the rate below average market values;

minimization of credit risks at the expense of guarantees BUT "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and NDKO "Agency of Credit Guarantees".
