On 23th of April, 2015 in the hall of the hotel «Marriott Courtyard» was a seminar "Bank counterparty - your bank. Products of Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan "(hereinafter - the Fund), organized by Financial Corporation" Otkrytie". The event was dedicated to measures of state support for small and medium business through JSC "Non-bank deposit and - credit institution" “Credit Guarantee Agency" and Non-profit organization “Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan". The meeting was attended by representatives of the Fund, representatives of FC "Otkrytie", employees of various banks, business leaders and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

On 23th of April, 2015 the representative of Tatarstan Export Support Center took part in the opening of Xth Kazan Venture Fair, which takes place from April 23-24, 2015 in Kazan.

Kazan Venture Fair is a two-part event, which includes the exhibition of the innovative companies, where company management present their business to a wider interested public and venture investors.


In the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income and a standard of living of the population at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations concerning "About the Financial and Economic Situation and Measures for Repayment of Debt on Payment of a Salary and for Payments on Obligatory Pension, Medical and Social Insurance Accepted by the Organizations" took place.

At a meeting the situation with payment of a salary and payment of payments according to the personal income tax, on obligatory pension, medical and social insurance at the enterprises debtors of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, the Verkhneuslonsky municipal area with the invitation of heads of the enterprises and chairmen of the territorial interdepartmental commissions on increase of a standard of living and legalization of the income of the relevant municipalities was considered.  


Within the courses passing from April 20 to April 22 on the basis of the Kazan (Volga) federal university, the group of listeners took part in occupation on a subject "Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030: new horizons". Occupation took place in a format of dialogue and answers to questions of listeners concerning features of Strategy. As practical occupation all students in groups needed to prepare offers on the priority directions of Strategy. Subjects were chosen: "Education – a basis of development of Tatarstan", "Preservation of health and extension of longevity", "The creative industries of Tatarstan", "A business ecosystem" and "Investment policy", on each of which were prepared presentations on the offered projects.
Within the XV Russian fair and the X Kazan venture fair which takes place in Kazan on April 23-24, 2015, the round table on a subject "The Tatarstan technological initiative - the flagman project of strategy "Tatarstan-2030" took place.

As moderators of action the research supervisor of the Tatarstan-2030 project Boris Zhikharevich and the President of AV Group Alexey Krylovsky acted.

The president of AV Group submitted to participants of a round table the report "The Tatarstan technological initiative: strategic vision of creation and development of "clever economy".

Acted as key speakers of a round table: the CEO of JSC RVK Igor Agamirzyan, the chairman of the board of directors of KH "Anchor" Pavel Ignatyev, the manager of group on rendering services to the companies of sector of infrastructure and the state companies EY-Russia Evgeny Panasyuk, the director of strategy and development of the territorial isolated center Innopolis Lidana Bondar, the director of Science and technology park in the sphere of high technologies "IT park" Anton Grachev.


The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2015 No. 668-r made changes to the List of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2014 No. 1398-r.

The approved list of monotowns from the Republic of Tatarstan included 7 monotowns (A Zelenodolsk, Kamsky Glades, Yelabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsk, Nizhnekamsk and Chistopol).

The order defined three categories of monotowns depending on the social and economic situation developing in them.


On April 22, 2015 in a conference hall of Council of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area the adjusting meeting on introduction successful the practician, directed on improvement of investment climate and development of small and average business at the municipal level took place.

The head of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area Ildus Zaripov, the head of department of investment activity of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Igor Gubaidulin, the head of Representation of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in the Volga Federal District Raphael Zaynutdinov, the curator of introduction of the best the practician in the Tyulyachinsky area from ICQ Ivan Avrakh, the staff of local governments and businessmen of the Tyulyachinsky area participated in a meeting.






On April 23, 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the ceremony of signing of agreements between the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal areas (city districts) about achievement of the planned values of indicators of productivity of activity of local governments of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 took place.

The report on results of performance of indicators in municipalities following the results of 2014 and about new indicators of productivity of activity of local governments of municipal areas (city districts) for 2015 was made by the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov.


Today, on April 23 within opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" the ceremony of signing of the following agreements took place:
1. The cooperation agreement between JSC KAMAZ, Federal State Budgetary Institution Fund of Assistance to Development of Small Forms of the Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere and NP "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster".
This agreement is directed on cooperation in development of branch of automotive industry, in the following directions: commercialization of innovative projects; support of access of hi-tech small and medium business to orders of JSC KAMAZ; involvement of residents in the territory of science and technology parks; development of the competitive circle of suppliers; carrying out early career guidance of children and youth; involvement in a profession of students of higher educational institutions; development of perspective young specialists.

Today within the XV Russian venture fair and the X Kazan venture fair opening of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" took place.

The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichyov, the executive director of the Russian Association of Venture Investment (RAVI) Albina Nikkonen took part in the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony guests could examine an exposition on which the model of innovative structure of Tatarstan is presented. Visitors also examined an exposition of venture fair where representatives of the innovative companies from all Russia showed own development.

At plenary session which moderator was a Director of Investment and venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Aynur Aydeldinov, experts expressed opinions concerning venture investment, cluster policy, to problems of small and average business, and foreign speakers shared experience in area of cluster management.
