In Novosibirsk the International forum "Tekhprom-2015" will take place

On June 4 –5, 2015 in Novosibirsk the III International forum of technological development of "TEHNOPROM-2015" will take place.

The forthcoming forum will be devoted to questions of ensuring technological independence and safety of the Russian industry, stimulation of demand for domestic technologies in military industrial complex, an energetics, housing and communal services and transport infrastructure.

Within a forum "round tables" about support of poles of technological growth, the Summit of space technologies, the IX Siberian venture fair, the III Expert symposium "Strategic aspects of new industrialization" will take place.

The fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere declares the beginning of order taking according to the Development program

The "Development" program is directed on granting grants to the small innovative enterprises for financiтп of performance of research, developmental works of a high stage of readiness within implementation of innovative projects on development and development of new types of the knowledge-intensive production.

Grants are provided to the small innovative enterprises of no more than 15 million rubles on condition of joint financing from own and (or) raised funds of the third parties of not less than 50% of the grant sum. Research and development performance term is 12 months.

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 28, 2008 No. 607 "About an assessment of efficiency of activity of local governments of city districts and municipal areas" work on preparation of reports of heads of municipal areas and the city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan about the reached values of indicators for an assessment of efficiency of their activity for 2014 and the planned values for 2015-2017 is complete.

The order of the publication of plans-schedules of purchases is changed

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation published requirements to placement of plans schedules on the official site. Now, since May 1, 2015, function of placement of new plans schedules of goods (work, services) in an unstructured form (a form of the electronic document) is inaccessible.

Thus, if there is a need of modification of already published plan schedule for an unstructured form, possibility of the publication of the changed plan schedule in an unstructured form will remain till June 1, 2015.

After June 1 modification of earlier published unstructured plan schedule will be possible only after its transfer to the structured form.

The instruction on the translation of the plan schedule in the structured form is available in electronic State order system.

Meeting with the Vice President of the Kama innovation cluster took place

The representative of the Tatarstan Export Support Center attended a meeting with the Vice President of the Kama innovation cluster Laysan Abzalilova. During this meeting they discussed issues of joint implementation of programs of supporting export-oriented small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, international exhibitions, educational seminars and trainings.

In Russia the Unified register of checks will be created

On April 28, 2015 the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 415 "About Rules of formation and maintaining the Unified register of checks". The document is prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and directed on establishment of openness of data on the inspections of economic entities which are carried out by control authorities (supervision). In particular, the Unified register of checks has to contain information about:

- check and control authority which carries it out ;

- the legal entity or SP concerning whom it is carried out;

- results, the taken measures for results of control action;

- execution or appeal of results of checks.

In August, 2015 in Kazan the III Republican forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations will pass

According to the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 30.04.2015 No. 792-r in August, 2015 the III Republican forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations will pass in Kazan.

The organizing committee for preparation and holding the specified forum the chairman of Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Fomin headed. Also representatives of Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan were a part of organizing committee concerning domestic policy, Management of social development of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on social policy, Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Public councils of the ministries and municipal areas, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan and other ministries and departments.

The government of the Republic of Tatarstan considered the bill and the long-term forecast of social and economic development presented by the Ministry of Economics

On May 6, 2015 at a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the adoption of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" was submitted.

Opening a meeting the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov reminded that at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan work on development of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 together with partners from the Leontyevsky center is conducted nearly two years.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov met veterans and home front workers

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the action devoted to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 with participation of home front workers of military years, veterans of work of the the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov addressed to the audience with the solemn speech. He thanked guests for disinterested and valorous work for the good of the Homeland and congratulated attendees on the 70 anniversary of the Victory Day.
