In Russia the Unified register of checks will be created

On April 28, 2015 the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 415 "About Rules of formation and maintaining the Unified register of checks". The document is prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and directed on establishment of openness of data on the inspections of economic entities which are carried out by control authorities (supervision). In particular, the Unified register of checks has to contain information about:

- check and control authority which carries it out ;

- the legal entity or SP concerning whom it is carried out;

- results, the taken measures for results of control action;

- execution or appeal of results of checks.

Thus from the moment of the beginning of carrying out check all information on it will be reflected in uniform system and will be available in the form of open data. The order of ensuring access of participants of information exchange to information containing in the Unified register of checks, and also access to the public information containing in the register for an unlimited circle of people by means of its placement by the operator of system on the specialized Internet site in the form of open data is established.

On formation and maintaining the Unified register of checks the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation is authorized.
