At the Device of the President of the Republic of TatarstanThe first meeting of organizing committee for preparation and holding the III Republican forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations which will pass according to the order of the Cabinet of RT of 30.04.2015 No. 792-r  in Kazan in August, 2015 in t. The deputy minister of economy Oleg Pelevin participated in a meeting.

The enterprises and the organizations of the Kamsky cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan within business mission to China arrived to the industrial megalopolis of Guandzhou where they visited car assembly production of the Toyota company. 

During visit the Association of mechanicians of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and region of Zakamye which represents more than 60 enterprises of the Kamsky cluster which are engaged in production of autocomponents submitted to the management of the Toyota Concern the proposals on cooperation within the localized production sites Toyota in Russia. 

Within the third day of visit to People's Republic of China the delegation of Tatarstan visited one of the largest automobile plants of China – the BYD company (Build your dream).

During a meeting with delegation the management of the BYD company shared information on strategic plans of the company, on localization of capacities in Brazil, the USA and India, new development in the field of cars and buses on electric to the course. In particular, the area manager of BYD on the CIS countries Maxim Ma reported about plans for localization of autoproduction. 

On May 14, 2015 in the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the balance commission on consideration of results of financial and economic activity of the enterprises for the I quarter 2015 and the expected results for 2015 took place. During meeting the reasons which influenced decrease in financial results of the enterprises, the measures taken on improvement of financial results and elimination of debts on insurance premiums were discussed. Decrease in financial results of the enterprises is caused by decrease in number of orders, specifics of activity and conditions of contracts, and also increase in prices for materials for the enterprises of machine-building and defensive-industrial complexes.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan continues holding the training seminars.

Classes are given every Wednesday (223agzrt.ru and etp.zakazrf.ru) and Thursday ("The electronic catalog of production", ETIS RT) at 11 o'clock in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 14, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov held meeting with participation of the branch ministries and enterprises realizing investment projects with use of the state support in a type of granting tax privileges.

The Ministry of Economics summed up the results of implementation of investment projects in 2014. In 2014 34 investment projects, including with use of tax privileges - 30 were implemented.

With the enterprises realizing the approved investment projects on 01.01.2015 it is attracted investments of 411 billion rubles (including for 2014 – 23,1 billion rubles) that for 8,7% exceeds the planned volume of investments. Since the beginning of implementation of projects 14355 new workplaces are created, including following the results of 2014 – 1527. Tax contributions from implementation of the approved investment projects to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of 2014 made 1378 million rubles.

Action is most focused on tasks and interests of researchers from among youth.

The forum purpose – strengthening of interaction of young scientists with representatives of business, institutes of development, investors and customers.

Target audience of the Forum U-NOVUS are the young scientists, students, school students, businessmen who are engaged in inventive and scientific activity.

Organizers of a forum are the Administration of the Tomsk region and Association of innovative regions of Russia. As partners of a forum JSC Russian Venture Company, JSC RUSNANO, Skolkovo Foundation, Association of management of the COBHET projects acted Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere.

Within a forum a large number of actions, including the "Import Substitution and the Advancing Development" exhibition and Competition of development of young scientists will take place.

From Russia as organizers of the application acted Science and technology park "Skolkovo" at interaction with Science and technology park of "Strogino" and Scientific park of Moscow State University of M. V. Lomonosov with assistance of the Center of innovative development of Moscow, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Within final vote the Russian application received the greatest number of voices – 121 voices. For comparison 45 participants voted for Istanbul, the Dutch science and technology park "Utrecht" was supported by 39 participants. It once again confirmed strong positions of the Russian Federation in the International association.

Also it is recommended to executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to take measures for prevention of sharp growth of tax burden of the enterprises, in connection with calculation of the property tax of the organizations on the basis of cadastral cost concerning separate types of real estate; to consider a question of increase in the standard of contributions to local budgets of the tax raised at use of the simplified system of the taxation for increasing of a role of local governments in development of small and average business; together with autonomous non-profit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives of Promotion of New Projects" and local governments to accept the order of measures aimed at the development of small and average business and removal of administrative barriers in municipalities.
