Questions of execution of the List of orders of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin following the results of a meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation are discussed

Also it is recommended to executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to take measures for prevention of sharp growth of tax burden of the enterprises, in connection with calculation of the property tax of the organizations on the basis of cadastral cost concerning separate types of real estate; to consider a question of increase in the standard of contributions to local budgets of the tax raised at use of the simplified system of the taxation for increasing of a role of local governments in development of small and average business; together with autonomous non-profit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives of Promotion of New Projects" and local governments to accept the order of measures aimed at the development of small and average business and removal of administrative barriers in municipalities.

Within May of the current year the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the interested ministries, departments and municipalities will carry out measures for implementation of this list of instructions.

Representatives of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen, the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Management of Federal Registration Service across the Republic of Tatarstan, Associations of the enterprises of small and medium business of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting.
