On April 30, 2015 the Interdepartmental commission at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation selected three investment projects for participation in the Program of support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a project financing. The total cost of projects made 55 billion rubles, the volume of the demanded credit resources – 43 billion rubles. From the Republic of Tatarstan the project in the sphere of production and distribution of the electric power worth 11 billion rubles was selected. The project provides building of steam-gas installations with a total electric power of 230 MW (2 blocks on 115 MW) on a platform of the Kazan CHPP-1, and also dismantle and construction of new gas control point and new reserve fuel facility (JSC Generation Company, Kazan).

On May 12, 2015 signing of the Memorandum of understanding for further cooperation between the General chamber of commerce of Hong Kong and the Kama Region innovative territorial and production cluster which took place in headquarters of the General chamber of commerce of Hong Kong within business mission in the People's Republic of China of the Tatarstan participating organizations of the Kama Region innovative territorial and production cluster took place. The general chamber of commerce of Hong Kong (HKGCC) is founded in 1861 and is the oldest and largest business organizations in Hong Kong, including about 4000 companies. Mission of the organization consists in assistance, representation and protection of interests of business community of Hong Kong.

Signing was also followed by B2B meetings between the Tatarstan enterprises – participants of the Kamsky cluster and the companies of Hong Kong. During meetings the agreement on interaction with the largest transport and logistic hub of Hong Kong, and also about opening in the territory of the People's Republic of China of the specialized organization for the purpose of advance of production of participants of the Kamsky cluster was reached.

We will remind that the delegation of Tatarstan under the leadership of the deputy minister of economy Natalya Tarkayeva whom representatives of manufacturing enterprises entered, of the leading republican HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS and the infrastructure organizations of support of business of the Kamsky cluster, is on an official visit in People's Republic of China for the purpose of studying of cluster policy of Provinces of Guandzhou, Shenzhen and the special administrative territory of Hong Kong, and also adjustment of cooperation with the leading machine-building enterprises and educational institutions of the People's Republic of China.

On May 11, 2015 the official delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva within business mission to Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China visited the oldest University of Hong Kong. 

From May 12 to May 15, 2015 training for employees of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the special program of professional development "Increase of efficiency of activity of public servants : personal and professional growth" is provided.

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin took part in implementation of this program. On May 14 he carried out for participants of the program a round table on the subject "Social and Economic Development of Tatarstan in the conditions of Sanctions".

As of May 13, 2015 83 demands for total amount of 117 336 965 rubles came to Center of Implementation of Programs of Support of Small and Average Business of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan from competitors of means of the state support according to the program of subsidizing of purchase of the equipment "Leasing Grant". The maximum sum of a required subsidy makes 3,0 million rubles. Distribution of applicants by types of economic activity looks as follows: agriculture – 39%, production – 48,4%, other – 12,6%.

On May 13, 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of Council for development of industrial park "Chistopol" under the chairmanship of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov took place.

In the course meeting reports of the Chairman of the supervisory board of JSC Himgrad Albert Karimov on course of execution of the protocol of instructions of the previous meeting of Council and on the carried-out work on development of Park, and also the deputy head of Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Bukharayev on the carried-out work on attraction in Park of potential residents were heard.

Now there passes the final part of the Forum within which meetings, seminars and master classes from heads and representatives of public authorities, the enterprises, large business and science of the Republic of Tatarstan are held. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin took part in one of such meetings.

During a meeting Oleg Pelevin presented to participants of a youth forum basic provisions of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030, and also answered a number of questions about the priority directions of development of economy of the republic and opportunities of participation of youth in development of economic capacity of Tatarstan.

The Federal State Statistics Service summed up the results of the All-Russian research "Information Society" conducted in October-November of last year. According to it, 10,6% of adult Russians within the last 12 months interacted with public authorities and local government on the Internet, using the official sites (value of an indicator following the results of 2013 was higher - 10,7%). It makes 35% of total number which addressed to authorities for last year.

It should be noted that monitoring of number of the citizens using the mechanism of receiving the state and municipal services in an electronic form is conducted within realization of instructions of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration on finishing by 2018 a share of the citizens using the mechanism of receiving electronic state services to level not less than 70%".

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on May 18, 2015 the meeting of the Commission on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business at which the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered will take place at 14:00. In total 13 applications are submitted for the forthcoming accreditation. All demands are allowed to accreditation.
