The deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Eugeny Elin took part in the All-Russian forum in the sphere of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs

On May 21-22 in the Educational and methodological center of FAS Russia passes the All-Russian forum in the sphere of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs. The purpose of a forum is improvement of standard and legal base of government procurements, detection of advantages and shortcomings of development of contract system taking into account regional experience, contribution to the solution of a number of tasks of stimulation of enterprise activity and improvement of methods of fight against corruption and inefficient use of budgetary funds.

Within participation in a forum Kazan was visited by the deputy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Eugeny Elin and the director of the department of development of contract system of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Chemerisov.

In the first day of work of a forum Maxim Chemerisov made the report on a subject "Realization and the last changes of the Federal law No. 44 Federal Law of 05.04.2013 "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" . Prospects of development of contract system in 2015".
