The National championship of professional skill according to the WorldSkills Russia 2015 standards proceeds

On May 21, 2015 representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a design seminar "Talents of the world: the best practicians of development and support of exceptional children and youth" within congress part of the final of the National championship of professional skill according to the WorldSkills Russia 2015 standards.

The purpose of holding this seminar were the comparative analysis and design selection of the bases for development in the Republic of Tatarstan of an effective network of available platforms of career guidance, professional and enterprise tests, the project work of the presented and advanced youth in interests of economy of the region, and also a benchmarking of the international and Russian programs in the sphere of productive labor education and career guidance of youth.

Participants of a seminar examined the best practicians of development and support of exceptional children and youth realized in the world, advance of innovative mechanisms of personnel management, producing of exceptional children and youth.

Participants of a seminar had a priority opportunity to act as partners and to become a platform of realization of a state program "Strategic management of talents in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020".

On the end of a seminar design groups under career guidance and convergent platforms are created.

In general, participants of meeting expressed interest in participation in realization of a state program, including participation in the International School "Discovery of Talent".
