The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out an assessment of the regulating influence

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations of the draft of the order of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision "About the statement of an order of preparation, representation and the accounting of offers of public authorities, local governments in the territory of which there is a hydraulic engineering construction which has no owner or which owner is unknown or on which the owner refused the property right, about need of his preservation and (or) elimination" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan .

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented regulatory legal act on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers to sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail .Madiev@tatar.ru.
