The supplier is obliged to report to the customer the goods introduced into circulation by the owner

According to the Resolution of Arbitration court of Ural federal district of 06.05.2015 No. F09-2364/15 in the matter of N A76-17760/2014 the supplier is obliged to report to the customer the goods introduced into circulation by the owner.

Within the considered case the customer when carrying out electronic auctions provided a condition according to which the supplier has to document at the time of delivery in the draft contract that the offered goods are introduced into civil circulation in the territory of the Russian Federation directly by the owner or from his consent. The participant addressed to antimonopoly authority with the complaint to this provision of the draft contract.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in Innopolis's opening

Today in Tatarstan Innopolis was opened. The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov, the acting the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of the satellite town of Kazan.

Innopolis is located in 40 km from the center of Kazan.

The director of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Bolotayev held a meeting with the management of Tatfondbank

9th June, 2015 there were an event of "Cooperation of JSC" AIKB "Tatfondbank" and Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" as part of the cooperation agreement of the program of providing guarantees to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the Director of the Fund Sergei Bolotaev, deputy director Rasim Usmanov, Deputy Board of JSC "AIKB" Tatfondbank" Sergei Meshchanov, head of sales of enterprise products Ayrat Israfilov. The representatives of the Fund told in details information about activity, conditions and requirements of issuing guarantees, also the Fund told about major changes in the work, aimed on improving the quality of legal persons and the issue of expediting the issuance of guarantees. The result of the event was the decision of the revitalization of lending of small and medium-sized enterprises with the participation of the bank with the guarantee of the Fund.

The deputy minister of economy of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva participated in a ceremony of opening of JSC Armstrong Bilding Prodakts plant in OEZ "Alabuga"

On June 9, 2015 official opening of Armstrong plant in OEZ "Alabuga" took place. The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the president of the company Armstrong Vorld Indastris Matt Espe participated in a ceremony.

Today, the new plant is the most modern and technological manufacturing enterprise of the Armstrong company in the world and the only thing in the territory of the CIS the plant making ceiling plates from mineral fiber which completely conform to requirements of the Russian legislation.

On June 8, 2015 the Minister of Economics Artyom Zdunov held meeting on discussion of actions for preparation, retraining, professional development and training of shots of the enterprises and the organizations – participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster.

In meeting representatives of non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster", including the president of non-profit partnership Rafinat Yarullin and the vice-president of non-profit partnership Leysan Abzalilova took part.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov visited science and technology park "Idea"

For acquaintance with opportunities of the center of a robotics created in the Republic of Tatarstan on June 6, 2015 the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov visited science and technology park "Idea". During visit the robot of 3 generation like "geksapod" was shown to the minister. It's developers are subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is planned that during activity of the center of a robotics domestic robotic complexes of the third generation will be developed for all areas of a metal processing.

Requirements for preparation of regulations in the sphere of rationing of purchases are developed

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of May 19, 2015 No. 479 approved requirements to the statement and an order of development of regulations about rationing in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring federal needs, to contents of the specified acts and ensuring their execution.

The resolution defined requirements for development of regulations for rationing of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal public authorities. The term of public discussion of these documents has to make not less than 7 calendar days from the date of placement of the project in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the Program of stimulation of crediting of subjects of small and average business was discussed

On June 5, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the First Deputy Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatullin held meeting on a question of the approved Program of stimulation of crediting of subjects of small and average business. The director of Fund Sergey Bolotayev, representatives of the republican ministries, public organizations and banks took part in action.

Wel remind that the program is developed by JSC Non-bank Deposit and Credit Institution Agentstvo creditnykh garanty together with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. According to this Program the granted loans are target and modernizations and reconstruction of production, start of the new projects or actions coordinated by the final borrower with bank can be used only for acquisition of fixed assets (in case of the loans granted for replenishment of current assets of subjects of SMB).

At the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan they considered the investment project on construction of plant of thermal equipment

On June 05, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on consideration of possibility of implementation of the project of JSC Rusteplokom on construction of plant of thermal equipment in the territory of the Aktanyshsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive committee of the Aktanyshsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Ak Bars Bank, and also JSC Rusteplokom took part in meeting.
