Debtors on executive productions are offered to refuse providing the state services

The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation started development of the bill directed on stimulation of debtors to repayment of debts on executive productions.
So, it is offered to refuse to debtors providing the state services. It is for this purpose it is planned to include in the list of the bases for refusal in providing the state services existence of a congestion on executive productions:
• about collecting money in budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation;
• about compensation of the damage caused by a crime;
• about collecting the alimony.
Power on establishment of the list of the state services in granting of which it can be refused to debtors, can be allocated to the Government of the Russian Federation .
According to the notice of development of the bill, its action will extend on the federal executive authorities rendering the state services, their officials and also on the persons addressing for providing such services.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
