Slava Hodko will become Ivan Bortnik's successor on a post of the executive director of AIRR

On June 19, 2015 at General meeting of members of Association of innovative regions of Russia the name of the new Executive director was declared. The Assistant to the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Slava Hodko will become him.

Ivan Bortnikwho head Association of innovative regions of Russia from the moment of its basis on May 21, 2010, declared leaving from a post of the Executive director. He will take a position of the member of the Supervisory board of AIRR.

Slava Trofimovich Hodko - the Chairman of the board of Northwest agency of development and attraction of investments, the assistant of the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Hodko's candidacy is approved by the Supervisory board of Association of innovative regions of Russia Chairman of which  is Sergey Naryshkin.

"The association of innovative regions of Russia is a powerful instrument of interaction in the country. Its activity is focused on the key directions of development of economy of Russia: science, industry, innovations. At AIRR there is the correct priority activity which provides continuity of its development. I will be glad to work for the benefit of regions". - Slava Hodko commented on the appointment.
