Commission of the Government on lawmaking activity bill of an order of access for small and average businessmen to purchases of goods, works, services approved.

The bill will promote expansion of possibility of participation of the small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in the auction and development of the competition in the adjustable sphere.

The uniform portal about checks of small and medium business will be started on July 1, 2015. The new mechanism of the accounting of checks was declared by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Alexander Buksman. 

According to him, each check will have the individual number. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that on the official site of Federal Tax Service of Russia the "Private Office of the Taxpayer of the Individual Entrepreneur" service is opened. Extracts from the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs are available to users, users can enter changes in the state register, direct appeals to inspectorate.

 

The Russian Government Commission on Lawmaking approved the bill directed on reduction of number of planned inspections of small business.

The bill offers to establish a ban on carrying out from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018 planned inspections concerning the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs referred to subjects of small business.

On June 10, 2015 the eighth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation took place.

Within a meeting under the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the adoption of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov acted. 

Following the results of the report participants of a meeting set a number of questions about demographic development of the republic, about growth of import substitution and labor productivity, about long-term development of agro-industrial complex.

On June 10, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the First Deputy Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan – the director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatullin  handed certificates on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of support of business. Certificates on accreditation received industrial park, 2 business incubators, 7 industrial platforms, including 2 created.

We remind that following the results of Competition the best territorial public self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan will receive 120 grants for the total amount of 50,0 million rubles.

Competition "The Best Territorial Public Self-government of Year of the Republic of Tatarstan"  is carried out according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 01.06.2015 No. 391.

Competition is held in 2 stages:

The I municipal stage  – is carried out by municipal contest committees on carrying out Competition.

Meeting of a contest committee within the first stage of competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Development of leasing of the equipment: subsidizing of costs of subjects of small and average business of payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)" will take place 15, 16, on June 17, 2015 to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, room #429.

Lists of the organizations allowed to competitive selection:

On June 15, 2015 from 11.00 till 17.00 the meeting of a contest committee on consideration of demands by the form of economic activity "Construction and other" will take place.

Winners of the Olympic Games will present our country at the 12th World Olympic Games of Robots in Doha (Qatar). 

The Olympic Games became one of key actions within official opening of the city of the high Innopolis technologies which took place on June 9, 2015, with the assistance of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov, the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov and the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed resolutions No. 552, No. 553, No. 554, No. 555, "About improvement of mechanisms of planning and justification of purchases of goods, works, services for federal and municipal needs", brought by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

According to No. 44-FZ an order of formation, the statement and maintaining plans and plans schedules of purchases for federal and municipal needs, and also requirements to their form are established by the Government.
