On June 23, 2015 to Cheboksary opening of the VIII Cheboksary economic forum "Regions: new sources of growth of economy" took place. In seven years the Forum became a modern platform for constructive dialogue of business and the power where discussion of topical issues of development of economy and its main tendencies, and also presentations of investment projects of regions of Russia passes.

In 2014 the Republic of Tatarstan was chosen as one of six pilot regions on introduction of the Standard of development of the competition, and in 2015 all subjects of the Russian Federation started implementation of this project. Experiment of regions on improvement of quality of the competitive environment was presented on a round table "Regional development of the competition – experience of introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation", as one of which moderators the head of department on a competition policy of the Russian Government Analytical Centre T. A. Radchenko acted. Experience of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented by the head of development department of the competition of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilyas Galimov.

On the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the protocol of 22.06.2015 No. 1\LG of a meeting of the Contest committee on providing support on action "Development of leasing of the equipment : subsidizing of costs of subjects of small and average business of payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LEASING – the GRANT)" is published.

Holding field meetings of the Interdepartmental working group on formation of forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in municipalities of the republic proceeds.

On June 22, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin held a meeting of the Interdepartmental working group in Almetyevsk. At meeting expected indicators of the large budget forming enterprises of the Almetyevsk municipal area were considered.

Since June 18 and 25, 2015 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation there takes place protection of projects (demands) from the Republic of Tatarstan within competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation to which budgets subsidies from the federal budget for the state support of small and average business are provided.

We remind that competition is held by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to the departmental order of March 27, 2015 No. 167 "About the statement of conditions of competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation to  budgets of which subsidies from the federal budget for the state support of small and average business, including country (farmer) farms, and requirements to the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and average business are provided".

The Republic of Tatarstan at meetings is represented by the Ministry of Economics of the republic.

To experts of a contest committee there takes place protection of projects on creation of the centers of cluster development, the regional centers of engineering, the centers of prototyping, the center of certification, standardization and tests, the centers of youth innovative creativity, the center of coordination of support of export and the center of support of business.

From June 8 to June 20, 2015 154 managers presented the final qualification works of a certifying commission which teachers, representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the enterprises and Association of graduates of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots entered.

Educational process proceeded from October, 2014 to May, 2015. 

Performance of final certification work is the final stage of total certification of listeners and represents the project of development of the organization which directed the specialist on professional retraining.

The team of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Bulat Haziakhmetov, Ilyas Galimov, Timur Agliullin and Sergey Dolgov took the seventh place.

The first place was won by team of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the second place command is the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the third – team of the Ministry of affairs of youth and sport of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan took first place in the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of Russia in 2015.

The presentation of results of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in subjects of the Russian Federation took place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The general annual meeting of Association of innovative regions of Russia took place in St. Petersburg within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum today.

The Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin opened meeting. 

Acting during general meeting, the chairman of the board of AIRR, the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov declared that activity of Association for last five years can be estimated positively.

The Russian Government Analytical Centre holds annual competition of professional management of design activity in public sector "Design Olympus". 

To participation in Competition federal, regional and municipal authorities, institutions, the state companies, corporations and institutes of development subordinated to them are invited. 

According to the changes made at the end of last year to the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" in the resolution of 28.11.2013 No. 1084 "About an order of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers, and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" amendments by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 09.06.2015 No. 568 are made.

The mention of the State corporation on atomic energy "Rosatom" is added to points 5 and 6 of the resolution No. 1084, and coming into effect of separate provisions of the document is postponed since the beginning of 2016 to the beginning of 2017.

Besides, point 23 of "Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers" about placement of a register entry in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases by Federal Treasury according to the information transfer formats approved by Federal Treasury became invalid.
