The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Nizhny Novgorod Region for acquaintance with work of system of waste management

Visit of delegation took place on July 1, 2015 within intermodular work of Kamsky Economic Zone group on an educational program of professional development of ministers, heads of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan which is carried out by the Moscow school of management "SKOLKOVO".

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin, representatives of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads and representatives of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and the municipal areas entering the Kamsky economic zone were a part of delegation of the republic.

During visit the delegation took part in a round table "Advantages and problems of intermunicipal integration of activities for the address with waste. Tariff policy. The territorial scheme of the address with waste. The regional program of the address with waste" which was carried out by the minister of ecology and natural resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yury Groshev.

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin participated in a meeting of Presidium of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning training of young specialists on branch of culture

On June 30, 2015 the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov held the meeting of Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to a subject of training of young specialists of branch of culture. Action took place in the Government house of the Republic of Tatarstan in the video conferencing mode with connection of all municipal areas of the republic. The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the chief of staff of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, representatives of the republican ministries and departments, cultural figures of RT participated in a meeting.

Attention of applicants of the licenses, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs which are carrying out activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals!

The commission of the Government on lawmaking activity approved the bill directed on establishment of administrative responsibility for violation of provisions of the legislation on contract system in the sphere of purchases, goods, works, services

The bill will allow to prevent violation by the customer of the legislation on contract system in the sphere of purchases at stages of planning and performance of the contract and will promote effective ensuring the state and municipal needs.

The draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" is prepared in pursuance of an order of the Government of Russia.

The bill offers to make changes to norms of the Administrative Code, having provided administrative responsibility for violation by the customer of provisions of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" during the planning of purchases and performance of the contract.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will create the register of strategic planning documents

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution on creation of the federal state register of strategic planning documents. The signed resolution approved an order and terms of the state document registration of strategic planning, maintaining the federal state register ofstrategic planning documents.

The announcement of carrying out selection of the actions which are subject to inclusion in the general demand from the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving in 2015 a subsidy from the federal budget

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan declares the beginning of order taking from the enterprises and the organizations – participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster for participation in competitive selection of the priority projects and actions directed on realization in 2015 of actions of the Program of support of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster for 2013 - 2016.

Order taking is carried out from July 6 to July 10, 2015 in the working days from 9.00 till 18.00 Moscow time, to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, kab.413.

Russia and Japan expand cooperation in the SMB segment

On June 29-30, 2015 Japan was visited by the Russian delegation headed by the director of the department of development of small and average business and the competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova.

In delegation from 15 representatives of the Russian companies and the organizations included also the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov.

Carrying out the III Russian-Japanese dialogue on MSB on June 29, 2015 in the Ministry of Economics, trade and the industry of Japan at co-chairmanship of the deputy head of Agency of small and average business Tosinori Kobayasi became a main objective of business mission.

Also meetings with the management of Japanese federation of corporations of credit guarantees, Japanese finance corporation, the Organization of small and average business and regional innovations of Japan took place.

Artyom Zdunov visited the Tokyo Industrial Technological Research Institute

Today within the III Russian-Japanese meeting on cooperation in the sphere of small and average business the Minister of Economics of the republic and Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the First Deputy Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan – the director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatulin visited the Tokyo Industrial Technological Research Institute.
