Changes are made to Rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services

The prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution on modification of Rules of the organization of activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.

According to the Decree of the President of Russia No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration" and with Rules of the organization of activity of MFC the waiting time in turn when providing the state and municipal services shouldn't exceed 15 minutes.

For realization of this norm in connection with the increased need of citizens for receiving services in the principle of one window the signed resolution made changes at point 18 of Rules .

In particular, the founder of MFC is granted the right to make the decision on increase in quantity of windows for service of the population. The signed resolution is directed on improvement of quality and availability of the state and municipal services rendered through MFC. Changes will promote reduction of terms of rendering the state and municipal services and increase of comfort when receiving such services in subjects of Federation.
