The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will develop strategy of development of small and average business

In the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the first meeting of the working group on development of strategy of development of small and average business in the Russian Federation took place.

The assignment about development of strategy was given by the Government of the Russian Federation in pursuance of the decisions made on the State Council of the Russian Federation concerning development of small and medium business which took place in April, 2015.

The document will be developed taking into account provisions of the Federal law "About strategic planning in the Russian Federation".

Strategy will capture such directions of a state policy as involvement of citizens in legal business activity, embedding of small and medium-sized enterprises in technological chains of the state companies, updating of system of financial and credit support of small and average business, strengthening of interdepartmental interaction, formation of effective infrastructure of support of MSB.

Besides, the document will define system of responsibility for achievement of goals from officials in federal executive authorities and executive authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.

Businessmen and representatives of expert community are invited to take part in development of strategy.
