Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law "About public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership in the Russian Federation and modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation"

The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law of July 13, 2015 with No. 224 "About public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership in the Russian Federation and modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation" which will come into force since January 1, 2016 (except for separate provisions).
The federal law on public-private partnership is adopted in Russia for the first time, only regional laws worked before (The law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 01.08.2011 No. 50-ZRT "About public-private partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan").
The law will regulate the legal relationship arising in connection with preparation of projects of state-private, municipal and private partnership and also with the conclusion, execution and termination of the agreement about public-private partnership. In particular, possibility of use by the parties of agreements of various forms of participation and their combination depending on the purposes of the specific project is regulated.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
