The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out work on introduction in the pilot mode of system of the accounting of the state and municipal services rendered in the republic. This system will allow to estimate quality of the services provided by authorities.

On August 7, 2015 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin held a meeting of Public council at the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on which  the draft of the Plan of measures on realization of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 was discussed.

The ministries and departments of the republic with participation of expert community developed the draft of the Plan of measures on realization of Strategy of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030. In it actions for realization of the main directions of Strategy with the indication of the period of their realization, executives and the expected results are detailed.

The supervisory board of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere summed up the results of competitive selection on "Razvitiye" (development) and "MOST" (bridge) programs.

With active consulting support of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Fund of the AIRR regional innovative projects to projects from the Republic of Tatarstan financing for the sum of 59 160 thousand rubles that makes 4% of all-federal financing is approved. 

The Russian-Chinese Committee of friendship, the world and developments (Committee) informs the enterprises and the organizations which are potentially interested in cooperation with People's Republic of China on possibility of cooperation and adjustment of contact with the Chinese party through Committee.

The committee gives support to the Russian-Chinese projects and initiatives. Administrative support, support in building relations with authorities and the organizations of the People's Republic of China, expert and consulting, information maintenance is provided to the projects included in the plan of work of Committee.

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 25.07.2015 No. 1459-r approved  the list of the legal entities providing the state support of innovative activity in forms, established by the Federal law "About science and the state scientific and technical policy".

The list included JSC RUSNANO and three nanocenters under control of Fund of infrastructure and educational programs in the cities of Kazan, Tomsk, Novosibirsk.I

State unitary enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Center of development of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan" with assistance of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases plans to hold on August 13, 2015 a seminar meeting in the sphere of purchases for subjects of small business, the organizations of disabled people, socially oriented non-profit organizations and republican producers.

Within such seminars listeners will be able to receive information on standard and legal base in the sphere of purchases, preferences for the specified participants of purchases, the main mistakes with participation in purchases and the recommendation about correct submission of necessary documents.

 Asthe analysis of the purchases which are carried out by republican customers shows, the rejection of demands of local producers in many cases is the result of the mistakes made by participants of purchases at paperwork.

In the territory of the Russian Federation from 2014 to 2016 the state program of financing of training abroad for the citizens of Russia who came to one of the leading foreign universities "Global Education" works (further – the Program).

As a result of implementation of the Program in the leading Russian higher education institutions and the scientific organizations, medical institutions, the hi-tech and industrial companies, the organizations of the social sphere it is planned to attract for work up to 700 highly qualified specialists who got a world-class education according to programs of a magistracy, postgraduate study (doctoral studies) and internship.
