Projects of RUSNANO and the nanocenters will get access to the state support of small and medium business

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 25.07.2015 No. 1459-r approved  the list of the legal entities providing the state support of innovative activity in forms, established by the Federal law "About science and the state scientific and technical policy".

The list included JSC RUSNANO and three nanocenters under control of Fund of infrastructure and educational programs in the cities of Kazan, Tomsk, Novosibirsk.

Inclusion of JSC RUSNANO and the nanocenters in the List allows legal entities in which share of JSC RUSNANO and the nanocenters makes more than 25%, to receive the status of the subject of small and average business (SSAB) and to apply for the state support in various directions provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation including: granting subsidies, the budgetary investments, the state and municipal guarantees according to obligations of subjects of SAB, the special tax modes, the simplified rules of conducting tax accounting, feature of participation of subjects of small business as suppliers (performers, contractors) in implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for the state and municipal needs, rendering consulting support to subjects of SAB and others.
