We remind that according to conditions of the credit agreement the bank has the right unilaterally to change the size of a rate of interests on credit, including, but not exclusively, in case of change during period of validity of the contract any of the following indicators: rates of refinancing of the Central bank of the Russian Federation; standards of obligatory reserves (reserve requirements) of the Central bank of the Russian Federation; costs of the attracted resources of bank.

Restructuring of the credit is a change of conditions of the credit agreement on the basis of the additional agreement to it as a result of which the borrower acquires the right to fulfill obligations in more favorable mode.

Early repayment of a loan, and also a delay of return of the main sum of a loan for 12 months are allowed.
