The III International conference "Foreign Economic Activity as a Factor of Effective Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Subjects of the Russian Federation" (further – Conference) will take place on December 10-11, 2015 in Vologda.

Within a measure for decrease in administrative barriers and simplification of procedures terms of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the state off-budget funds till 3 working days are reduced.

In Moscow the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation took place on November 3, 2015. 

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan arrived on November 3, 2015 on a visit to People's Republic of China. A purpose of visit is advance of production of the enterprises – participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster, and also development of cooperation with the most advanced Chinese enterprises.

During a meeting 153 addresses of subjects of small and average business about extension of periods of validity of contracts were considered. Following the results of a meeting the decision on extension of validity periods of contracts on granting a subsidy with 147 subjects of small and average business is made. To businessmen, whose questions were considered positively, it is necessary to conclude the additional agreement with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Palace of work the round table on a subject "A salary, labor productivity : current trends" took place on November 03, 2015 under the chairmanship of the chairman of Federation of labor unions of RT Tatyana Vodopyanova.

In October, 2015 State Budgetary Institution "The Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" (MPC) signed the contract with Federal public and state fund for protection of the rights of investors and shareholders on rendering by MFC to applicants service  on reception of applications on providing compensations to the deceived investors.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 3, 2015 for exchange of experience the meeting with delegation of the Oryol region concerning creation of OEZ and practical interaction with OEZ "PPT "Alabuga" took place.

The center of support of export of the Republic of Tatarstan of "Fund of Support of Business of the Republic of Tatarstan" Non-profit organization (further – the Center) on November 02, 2015 organized and held the next educational seminar for is export the focused subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan. A seminar subject – "Motivation and human resource management".
