In Moscow the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation took place on November 3, 2015. 

As the basic the question of formation of national system of professional qualifications, including the mechanism of an independent assessment of a professional skill level of workers and creation of basic training center, retraining and professional development of personnel was considered.
