When implementing purchases within the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" counting cumulative annual cost the volume of the contracts signed with subjects of small and average business the customer has the right to consider also purchases at the only supplier.
