MPC of the Republic of Tatarstan began to carry out reception of applications on providing compensations to the deceived investors

In October, 2015 State Budgetary Institution "The Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" (MPC) signed the contract with Federal public and state fund for protection of the rights of investors and shareholders on rendering by MFC to applicants service  on reception of applications on providing compensations to the deceived investors.

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 18.11.1995 No. 1157, the Federal public and state fund for protection of the rights of investors and shareholders carries out compensation payments to citizens of Russia (investors and shareholders) to which the damage in the financial and share markets of the Russian Federation was caused by the finance companies which violated legal acts of the Russian Federation, stopped the activity and included in the register of Fund on payments.

Now applicants (or their representatives) can address in MPC across Kazan (Zarechny, Novo-Savinovsky, Privolzhsky, Youzhny branches of State Budgetary Institution MPC) for filing of applications and documents for providing compensations to the deceived investors.  

The statements and documents adopted from citizens will be contributed by MPC to Federal fund to Moscow for consideration for decision-making on payment of compensations. Payment of compensations (payments) to citizens is made by Federal Fund on the accounts opened by applicants in banks.
