Since the beginning of 2016 in a number of branches of state budgetary institution "The Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan" (MPC) rendering of services of Public institution – regional office of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Tatarstan is organized.

For registration of the certificate it is necessary to address to authorized Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It will be given out within three working days, having considered the filed documents. By the general rule the certificate stops working after completion of purchase.

Regions will be able to give financial support not only to the municipal, but also private organizations realizing programs of additional education of children. The bill directed on improvement of a procedure for granting of additional education in the state and private organizations is introduced in the State Duma.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation created the Interdepartmental working group on study of a question of assistance in creation of the large private Russian companies which are carrying out activity in the sphere of electronic trading for expansion of opportunities of realization of domestic goods in the international markets.Work is organized within the corresponding order of the Russian President.

To the order of Rosstat of 06.05.2015 No. 217 "About the statement of statistical tools for the organization by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of federal statistical supervision about providing the state (municipal) services" changes are made.

The form of poll is published on the website of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The program is realized with assistance of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Association "non-profit partnership"Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster"  (KITPK), the Russian state academy of intellectual property and Nizhnekamsk chemical institute of technology.

The purpose of the Program is support of subjects of small and average business (SAB) by granting proceeds of credit to them on special conditions for acquisition of fixed assets, modernization and reconstruction of production, start of new projects, and also for replenishment of working capital.

On January 29, 2016 the delegation of Federal corporation on development of small and average business (JSC SAB Corporation) visited the Republic of Tatarstan. During visit representatives of Corporation held a meeting with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and also visited a number of the largest enterprises of the region in the field of the industry and innovative technologies. 

Training was carried out in an intramural and extramural form lasting 180 days (5 modules) in Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
