Purchase under the Law N 223-FZ: domestic goods from the list can get advantages

At the moment in the sphere of the state and municipal order support of domestic producer is realized. At the same time producers of the Russian goods, works, services have no such support when purchasing the companies with the state participation and other persons which purchasing activity is regulated by provisions of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 N 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".

The draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About a priority of goods of the Russian origin, works, the services which are carried out, rendered by Russian persons in relation to the goods coming from the foreign state, to the works, services which are carried out, rendered by foreign persons" which is directed on establishment of a priority of goods of the Russian origin, the works, services which are carried out, rendered by Russian persons at implementation of purchases of such goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities is developed for the solution of this problem.
