Standard administrative regulations of providing municipal services by local governments are staticized. Changes concerned requirements to ensuring availability to disabled people of rooms in which municipal service is provided. 

The control body has to accept to consideration the complaint to provisions of documentation about purchase if the participant handed over it in the organization of communication before the expiration of 24 hours of the last day of a term of demands.

Since January 10, 2016 the Federal law of July 13, 2015 No. 263-FZ by which changes were made to Federal laws took effect.

Since the beginning of 2016 in all multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (MPC) applicants can receive extracts from registers of Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Due to the changes in the order of Rosstat of 21.12.2011 No. 503 "About the statement of statistical tools for the organization of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of federal statistical supervision over implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" and abolition of federal state information system (IS "Monitoring") since January 1, 2016 the reporting following the results of 2015 in a form of federal statistical supervision No. 1 control is represented in electronic form by means of the state automated system Upravleniye (SAS Upravleniye).
