The resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 8/17/2016 No. 806 "About application risk - the focused approach at the organization of separate types of the state control (supervision) and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" has approved Rules of reference of activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and (or) production objects used by them to a certain category of risk or a certain class (category of danger) and also the list of types of the state control (supervision) which are carried out with  risk - focused approach i.
 

The appeal of Department of assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations according to drafts of decisions of Council of the Euroasian economic commission "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of the rolling stock" (TR CU 001/2011), "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of high-speed railway transport" (TR CU 002/2011), "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of infrastructure of railway transport" (TR CU 003/2011) has come to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

With 8/12/2016 in territories of the participating countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan) in connection with entry into force of the Agreement on realization in 2015-2016 of the pilot project on introduction of marking of goods control (identification) signs on a commodity position "Articles of Clothing, Belongings to Clothes and Other Products, from Natural Fur" signed in Grodno on 9/8/2015, marking of fur products is obligatory for all participants of turnover of goods on this commodity position, including producers, importers, wholesale and retail sellers, commission agents and other participants of the fur market.
