Public consultations according to drafts of decisions of Council of the Euroasian economic commission are held

The appeal of Department of assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations according to drafts of decisions of Council of the Euroasian economic commission "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of the rolling stock" (TR CU 001/2011), "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of high-speed railway transport" (TR CU 002/2011), "About modification of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of infrastructure of railway transport" (TR CU 003/2011) has come to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction and also the provisions promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation we ask to send the remarks and offers to sector of assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on the e-mail address: Nail.Madiev@tatar.ru.
