The order of activity reference of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to a certain category of risk or a class of danger is established

The resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 8/17/2016 No. 806 "About application risk - the focused approach at the organization of separate types of the state control (supervision) and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" has approved Rules of reference of activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and (or) production objects used by them to a certain category of risk or a certain class (category of danger) and also the list of types of the state control (supervision) which are carried out with  risk - focused approach i.
So, the risk - focused approach is applied when carrying out the following types of federal state supervision: fire, sanitary and epidemiologic (carried out by Rospotrebnadzor and Federal Medical Biological Agency of Russia), and also supervision in the field of communication.
