When purchasing the subject of small business has to confirm the status with data from the register

According to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 7/26/2016 No. 719 since August 1, 2016 the subjects of small and average business participating in purchases have to declare themselves as about such subjects, providing the information from the unified register of subjects of small and average business (SASB).

At the same time, if in the register of SASB there is no information about again created legal entities and the registered businessmen, those can confirm the belonging to subjects of small and medium business with the declaration. These rules work as when carrying out purchases in which only such subjects and purchases from which participants it is required to involve in performance of the contract of subcontractors (collaborators) from among subjects of small and medium business can participate. Earlier the status of SASB was confirmed only by the declaration.
