During the meeting of heads of higher education institutions have been advised of the possibility of obtaining grants for reimbursement of costs of small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan to receive educational services related to the training, retraining and advanced training, and the development of business and entrepreneurial literacy competencies in the following sizes: • for short-term training (lasting 72 hours) - in the amount of 100 percent of the costs associated with getting a business entity (his staff) educational services, but not more than thirty thousand; • when training on the subject or problem seminars (lasting from 73 to 100 hours ) - the amount of 100 percent of the costs associated with getting a business entity (his staff) educational services, but not more than thirty tysyachrubley; • prolonged training (lasting from 101 to 200 hours) - 50 percent of the costs associated with getting a business entity (his staff) educational services, also not more than thirty thousand.

July 9, 2013 Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of Business Support Department Rustem Sibgatullin held video conference with municipalities on the implementation of the republic in 2013, state support programs for small and medium businesses. The meeting was attended by deputy and assistant minister and a representative of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting were discussed the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the project "Regions of Russia: drivers of growth", aimed to determine the degree of difficulty of doing business, success factors in improving the business climate, including their impact on economic growth in the region. The project focuses on the analysis of criteria such as education and skills, access to finance, as well as infrastructure and transport. Midhat Shagiakhmetov representative told the World Economic Forum on the work undertaken in the country to improve the business climate. He noted in particular detailed consideration of all the issues identified in the World Bank «Doing Business», active engagement with the business community, a structured system of tax incentives, the system of support for major investment projects. Stephan Mergenthaler Midhat Shagiahmetova thanked for their openness and willingness to cooperate, and expressed the hope that joint efforts will achieve the planned results.

In July 2, 2013 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of Interagency Working Group on the formation of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Sariah Sirazievoy. Members of the working group were presented the main parameters of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the three-year period. For the first time this year, the forecast was formed in a specially designed information-analytical system "Socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan".
