Discussed the issue of the regulatory impact assessment procedures development at the regional level

July 26, 2013 the Department of Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation held a video conference with the regions of the Russian Federation on the development at the regional level, the regulatory impact assessment procedures.

In a video conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as the authorized body for the assessment of the regulatory impact of draft regulations and operating regulations adopted (enacted) by the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the video conference were invited members of the Advisory Council for the regulatory impact assessment, formed in accordance with the Procedure for public regulatory impact assessment of existing regulations and draft regulations in the Republic of Tatarstan adopted (enacted) by the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the conference were discussed:
- The development of the Institute of regulatory impact assessment procedures, including the ability to carry out procedures o from an early stage of development of draft regulations, as well as the mechanism of the system implementation of these procedures on the example of the portal regulation.gov.ru;
- Experience in legislative recognition of the Institute of regulatory impact assessment procedures in the Russian Federation;
- The results of the public consultation draft legislation in the regions.

During the conference, Director of the Department of Regulatory Impact Assessment Vadim Zhivulin answered all questions on the subjects of the mechanism of regulatory impact assessment procedures.
