On August 9, 2013 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held an educational seminar for the staff of the municipal administration of the Republic of Tatarstan on the participation of small and medium enterprises in the ongoing activities of government support. Experts municipalities took part in the discussion of measures of state support for entrepreneurs to subsidize costs of small and medium-sized enterprises to the payment of the first installment (advance payment) under a contract of equipment leasing ("Leasing Grant"), granting subsidies to compensate costs of small and medium-sized businesses to receive educational services and support to small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the development and introduction of innovative products, subsidizing the costs of small and medium-sized businesses to pay for technological connection to the electric grid facilities, the provision of subsidies for the development of the credit system of agricultural consumer cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan.

August 9, 2013 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held video conference on the management of interactive passports municipalities in the information-analytical system "Socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan".
