The work on the implementation procedures of public regulatory impact assessment of existing regulations and their projects continues in the Republic of Tatarstan

Regulatory Impact Assessment regulations is conducted to identify and evaluate the possible positive and negative implications of the regulation on the basis of analysis of the problem, the objectives of its regulation and possible solutions, as well as to identify the provisions of the act, introducing redundant duties, prohibitions and restrictions on physical and legal persons in the field of business and other economic activities. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was developed and approved by the Order of 02.08.2013 № 250 The methodology of the preliminary and detailed assessment of the regulatory impact of existing regulations and draft regulations in the Republic of Tatarstan adopted (enacted) by the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan. Currently ODS method aimed at the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the work in the assessment of the regulatory impact.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
