September 3, 2013 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing on the financial support to socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan. The first Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Saria Sirazieva, Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Robert Urazov and Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Fomin took part in briefing. The briefing indicated the main areas of support for the Republican NGO carried out in Tatarstan on a regular basis since 2002. Saria Sirazieva recalled that Tatarstan is implementing a program to support socially oriented non-profit organizations in 2011-2013 . The grant is given to businesses : • In the short-term training (lasting 72 hours) - in the amount of 100 percent of the costs associated with getting a business entity ( his staff ) educational services , but no more than 30,000 (thirty thousand) ; • when training on thematic or problem seminars (lasting from 73 to 100 hours) - at 100 percent of the costs associated with obtaining a business entity ( his staff ) educational services , but not more than 30 000 ( thirty thousand) ; • prolonged training (lasting from 101 to 200 hours) - 50 percent of the costs associated with getting a business entity ( his staff ) educational services , but no more than 30,000 (thirty thousand).

In Tanayskom rural community inaugurated a new secondary school, and the opening of the new building of one of the oldest schools Elabuzhsky municipal area with 170 years of history - Tanayevskaya High School.
