September 6, 2013 in the conference hall of the Ministry Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training seminar for state and municipal customers the Republic Tatarstan "contract system: current issues in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs". The workshop was to improve the skills of those responsible for placing orders. The representatives of the expert community spoke about the features of the practical implementation of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" with which customers will face in January 2014.
