September 7, 2013 in Novosibirsk held a seminar of the World Economic Forum's "Regions of Russia: growth factors" with the participation of regional representatives of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. During the event, were considered the best practice to perform the business environment in the regions of Russia, reviewed the existing differences in the business environment, success factors in improving the business climate and their impact on economic growth in the regions and the country as a whole. From the the Republic Tatarstan for the seminar went the Deputy Minister of Economy Artem Zdunov. He shared experience in creating a favorable investment of innovation climate in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also spoke about the results and mechanisms stimulating the business environment in the country.

September 6, 2013 in the conference hall of the Ministry Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training seminar for state and municipal customers the Republic Tatarstan "contract system: current issues in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs". According to the President the Republic of Tatarstan, the committee has done serious work. Thus, among the seven regions identified by the "pilot" for the implementation of federal law on the contact system, the 6 regions are AIRR.

September 5, 2013 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting to finalize the State automated control systems targeted programs (GASU CPU) in the transition from 1 January 2014 to the formation of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in the context of government programs. The meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC "BARS Group". During the meeting they discussed the results of the operation GASU CP and planned activities for its completion. September 4, 2013 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in a video conference with the coordinator of the "Eurasian dialogue," the first deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Foreign Affairs Andrei Klimov. During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of preparation for the public forum "Eurasian Economic Integration: Progress and Challenges", which is scheduled to be held end of November this year in Kazan.
