From 22 to 24 October 2013 in the city of Barnaul of the Altai Territory will be held the V All-Russian congress of rural youth (hereinafter - the "Gathering") - an annual event aimed at the presentation and dissemination of best practices of the country's agricultural technology with the direct involvement of young people. Rally focuses on the exchange of experiences, analysis and understanding of the problems encountered in the development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas and to identify the most effective model for youth involvement in entrepreneurial activity.
