Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan issued the first microloan under the “Start” program. The issuance of microloans at a reduced rate for students and graduates of republican universities became available thanks to the package of support measures for SMEs, developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and approved by the President of the Republic, aimed at economic recovery.
The Forum is held annually and serves as the main platform for discussing methods and mechanisms of strategic planning and discussions on implementation of strategies for regions and cities of the Russian Federation.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, credit institutions restructured 2,133 corporate loans in the amount of 16.8 billion rubles within the framework of state and intrabank programs. In addition, over 40 thousand applications for credit vacations from individuals and individual entrepreneurs in the amount of 18.5 billion rubles were satisfied.
FAS Russia will train Tatarstan state and municipal employees in antimonopoly risks control and management. The educational program for advanced training “The practice of introducing antimonopoly compliance and application of antimonopoly legislation by state authorities and local self-government” will be held on October 20-21, 2020 on the basis of the Training and Methodological Center of the FAS Russia.
Property support for small and medium-sized businesses and transition from UTII to other tax regimes were discussed at a videoconferencing meeting at the RT Ministry of Economy. According to amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and articles of Federal legislation, the taxation system in the form of a unified tax on imputed income for certain types of activities should completely cease to operate in Russia, starting from January 1, 2021. According to the Federal Tax Service, there are more than 50 thousand UTII payers in Tatarstan.
