The President of the Russian Federation signed a law on the specifics of the fulfillment of obligations under loan agreements (loan agreements) by persons called up for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons participating in a special military operation, as well as members of their families (Federal Law of October 7, 2022 No. No. 377-FZ). The law came into force from the day of its publication.

On October 7 this year, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held parliamentary hearings on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023 and for the planned period of 2024 and 2025", within which the forecast of the socio-economic development of the republic for 2023-2025 was discussed and the draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023 and the planning period of 2024-2025.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has prepared changes to the regulatory framework governing the fulfillment by SMEs of the conditions for providing grants, soft loans and microloans, payments on them for mobilized owners of small and medium-sized businesses are proposed to be stopped until they return to normal life.

The My Business Center of the Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, invites self-employed Tatarstan citizens to take part in the Time to Act conference, dedicated to topical issues faced by professional income tax payers.

On September 29, 2022, the Coordinating Committee for holding competitions for grants from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society decided to supplement the competition with a new thematic area “support for the families of participants in a special military operation and citizens called up for military service by partial mobilization”.
