Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan positively evaluate preventive visits of control bodies

On a monthly basis, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan analyzes the effectiveness of preventive visits by control authorities in the region. The analysis is formed on the basis of surveys of entrepreneurs who are faced with a preventive check. By the end of September, business gave a positive assessment of the tool and its application in Tatarstan.

The September survey showed that the preventive visit has great potential as a prevention mechanism. The task of the inspector is to assist the entrepreneur in studying and applying the mandatory requirements and procedures of state control.

One of the enterprises where the tool was used was the Autonomous non-profit organization of additional education "Laboratory of Robotics and Industrial Design". A specialist of the Department of Licensing Control of Educational Organizations conducted a remote preventive conversation. The business representative noted that the meeting was agreed in advance, was productive and took place in a comfortable atmosphere.

According to Artem Zerminov, head of the company, this way of communication and business support is certainly important.

“We were introduced to changes in legislation, given important and practical recommendations, and received useful information necessary to comply with the requirements in accordance with the activities carried out,” the business owner noted.

Recall that due to the moratorium on business inspections until the end of the year, control agencies may offer preventive visits instead of canceled scheduled inspections or replace the remaining scheduled inspections with mandatory preventive visits. As part of the implementation of this program, from the beginning of the year for the period until October 1, 2022, the control (supervision) bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 781 preventive visits.
